DODVIR

Terms of Service

The terms that apply to access, licensing, and use of DODVIR.

Effective date:

Agreement and supported scope

These terms apply together with the order form, access letter, or signed offer that identifies the contracting DODVIR operator and customer. The planned matrix covers CLI, SOLO, and MULTIAGENT on Linux/amd64, Windows 10/11 amd64, and macOS Apple Silicon (arm64). For SOLO and MULTIAGENT, the Windows and macOS coordinates are Docker Desktop host bundles, not a Windows or macOS native server offer. This matrix does not announce a public launch: no package is offered and no customer download is enabled for a coordinate until its production release dossier, signed support manifest, and required native evidence are verified.

Access and licenses

Access is arranged through the customer cabinet or a signed order; online checkout is outside this launch. Packages, updates, activation claims, and license keys are account-scoped, may not be shared outside the licensed customer, and may be limited by project, installation, human seats, term, or edition. Circumventing license controls, observer evidence, security boundaries, or release signatures is prohibited.

Customer responsibilities

  • Protect account, installation, model-provider, repository, and owner credentials.
  • Review agent output before production use and maintain suitable source control, backups, approvals, and human oversight.
  • Use the service lawfully and do not probe, disrupt, overload, or access another customer’s systems or data.
  • Do not submit regulated, sensitive, or third-party data unless your order and DPA expressly cover it.

Availability, support, and changes

The applicable support level and service commitment are stated in the order. Public operational targets are published on the Support page but are not a service credit unless the order says so. Security fixes may be mandatory. Material terms changes apply prospectively with notice; an active signed order controls if it conflicts with this page.

Ownership and third-party components

Customers retain ownership of their inputs and repositories. DODVIR and its licensors retain ownership of the product. Third-party components remain under their own licenses; notices and the release SBOM accompany publishable artifacts. Feedback may be used to improve DODVIR without identifying confidential customer information.

Suspension, termination, and liability

DODVIR may suspend access to contain a security incident, enforce an expired or revoked license, or stop material misuse. Termination, warranties, liability limits, governing law, and dispute forum are those in the signed order. If no signed order specifies them, public access must not be enabled until an operator-approved access letter does.
